Meet Lidia Negrila
Over 20 Years of Compassionate Senior Care Experience
For more than 20 years, caring for seniors has been more than my profession. It has been my passion, my purpose, and one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
My heart has always been especially drawn to individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, as well as those receiving hospice and end-of-life care.
Through decades of working closely with families, caregivers, and medical professionals, I discovered how important individualized attention, genuine compassion, and a peaceful environment can be for vulnerable seniors.
Every senior deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
Why I Created TRUST Senior Living Options
Throughout my career, I worked with families who wanted a more personal, home-like setting for their loved ones, especially those who required extensive daily care.
I witnessed seniors making meaningful progress while receiving attentive, individualized care in smaller residential environments.
Yet I realized that many families simply did not know these care homes existed or understand the options available to them.
I created TRUST Senior Living Options to help change that.
I wanted to use my firsthand experience to help families navigate difficult decisions and explore care environments where their loved ones could receive compassionate, personalized attention.

When a Family Expected Goodbye, Something Remarkable Happened
I remember a beautiful elderly lady who arrived at one of the care homes where I was involved in providing care.
Her family had been told she might have only two or three days left to live. They were preparing themselves for goodbye.
We welcomed her with compassion, patience, and attentive, personalized care.
Within days, she was walking and talking again.
Her family was amazed. A time they had expected to spend saying goodbye became an opportunity for more meaningful moments together.
In over 20 years of senior care, I have witnessed many unforgettable experiences. Stories like hers remind me why compassionate, individualized attention matters so deeply.
